Originally from Türkiye, I have built my finance career across both international corporate environments and Australian businesses, giving me a well-rounded perspective on financial management, business operations, and sustainable growth.

With more than 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, and business operations, I have worked across manufacturing, FMCG, hospitality, and small business environments. My experience spans bookkeeping, financial accounting, payroll, management reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and business performance analysis.

Before launching Stillwater Bookkeeping, I held senior finance positions where I was responsible for end-to-end finance functions across multi-site hospitality businesses, including month-end reporting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll oversight, cash flow management, budgeting, and financial analysis. This experience allows me to look beyond the numbers and provide practical support that helps business owners make informed decisions and build stronger businesses.

I have extensive hospitality finance experience, supporting venues with Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) reporting, labour cost analysis, payroll, inventory reconciliations, cash flow management, and operational performance reporting. I understand the challenges hospitality businesses face and the importance of accurate, timely financial information when managing profitability and growth.

As a Certified Xero Advisor, I specialise exclusively in Xero bookkeeping and cloud accounting solutions. My experience in management reporting, financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis also enables me to provide a Virtual CFO style level of financial insight for growing businesses that need more than basic bookkeeping support.

I hold a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). I am currently completing a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping as part of my pathway to becoming a Registered BAS Agent. In the meantime, BAS and GST services are provided under the supervision of a Registered BAS Agent, ensuring compliance with Australian regulatory requirements.
